3How to do it
Microsoft's steps
- Go to General ledger > Journal entries > General journals.
- Select New.
- In the Name field, select a journal name.
- Select Lines.
- In the Account field, enter an account that fits the account type.
- In the Description field, enter a description.
- Enter the amount in the Debit or Credit field.
- In the Offset account field, enter an account that fits the offset account type.
- Select Validate to check the journal.
- Select Post.
