Used to define journal workflows that set materiality limits for review and approval steps, based on criteria such as total debit amount.

    Microsoft's steps

    1. Go to General ledger > Journal setup > General ledger workflows.
    2. Select New.
    3. For general journal approval, create a workflow of type Ledger daily journal workflow.
    4. On the Journal names page, turn on Approval workflow and select the new workflow in the Workflow field.
