Create the journal description
Go to General ledger > Journal setup > Journal descriptions

2. Enter the code BEAT-ACCR, its search name and the description

Microsoft's steps

Go to General ledger > Journal setup > Journal descriptions.
Select New.
In the Identification field, enter a short code.
In the Search name field, enter a search name.
In the Description field, enter the text to reuse, such as Credit card.
Select Save.
