Set up Bank facility agreements1 screen

Used to set the facility limit and the margin and commission calculations for letters of guarantee, and to extend the agreement.

Screen 1
Record the bank facility agreement
Go to Cash and bank management > Letters of guarantee > Bank facility agreements
1. Select New
2. Enter the Agreement number, select the Bank account and set the End date
3. In the General section, select Add line, select the Facility type and enter the Limit
4. Select Save

Microsoft's steps

Go to Cash and bank management > Letters of guarantee > Bank facility agreements.
Select New.
In the Agreement number field, enter the bank agreement number.
In the Bank account field, select the bank account.
Enter the Start date and End date.
In the General section, select Add line, select the Facility type and enter the Limit.
In the Letter of guarantee section, select the Calculation method and enter the margin and commission percentages.
To extend, select Extend, enter the New agreement number and End date, and select Extend.
