What it is	A page where you record a facility agreement with a bank for letters of credit, with its dates, facility types and limits.
What you do here	Used to set the facility limit that letters of credit draw on, and to extend the agreement.
Example	For example, with a facility limit of 10,000.00, confirming a 500.00 purchase order on a letter of credit leaves a facility balance of 9,500.00.

End user · Functional consultant

Go to Cash and bank management > Letters of credit > Bank facility agreements.
Select New.
In the Agreement number field, enter the number from the bank agreement.
In the Bank account field, enter the account at the issuing bank.
Enter the Start date and End date.
In the General section, select Add line, select the Facility type and enter the Limit.
Select Save.
To extend, select Extend, enter the New agreement number and End date, and select Extend.
