3How to do it

Microsoft's steps

  1. Go to Budgeting > Setup > Budget planning > Budgeting workflows.
  2. Create a new workflow by using the Budget planning workflows template.
  3. Add a Stage transition budget plan task for each move between stages.
  4. Save and activate the workflow.
  5. In Budget planning configuration, create the stages on the Stages tab.
  6. On the Workflow stages tab, link the workflow to the stages.
