Go to Budgeting > Commitments.
Select New.
In the Name field, enter a name for the commitment.
Select Add line.
In the Ledger account field, select the fund and the main account.
In the Amount field, enter the amount, and add a purchase agreement line if the commitment is for a specific agreement.
Optionally, switch to the header view and select the vendor for this commitment.
Select Save.
