Create the fixed asset location
Go to Fixed assets > Setup > Fixed asset attributes > Fixed assets locations
1. Select New
2. Enter the Location and Name
3. In the Address section, select New, enter the address and select OK
4. Select Save

Microsoft's steps

Go to Fixed assets > Setup > Fixed asset attributes > Fixed assets locations.
Select New.
In the Location field, enter a value.
In the Name field, enter a value.
Expand the Address section, select New, and enter the address.
Select Save.
