What you do here	Used to turn an approved budget plan into budget register entries.
Example	For example, two plan lines of 100 and 200 for main account 600150 become two budget account entries, or a single entry of 300 when lines are aggregated.

Go to Budgeting > Periodic > Generate budget register entry.
On the Source FastTab, select the budget planning process, responsibility center, document number and budget plan scenario.
To add advanced criteria, select Select and choose them in the inquiry.
On the Target FastTab, enter the default date, budget model and budget code.
Select Aggregate lines to total lines by the dimensions enabled for budgeting.
Change the multiplication factor and rounding if needed.
Fill in the Batch FastTab to run the process as a batch job, if you want.
Select Generate.
