Create the item charge group
Go to Accounts receivable > Charges setup > Item charge groups
- Select New
- Enter the charges group and description

- Go to Accounts receivable > Charges setup > Item charge groups.
- Select New.
- In the Charges group field, enter a code for the group.
- In the Description field, enter a description.
- Close the page to save.
