Used to require that journals are approved by someone other than the person who entered them before they can be posted.

    Microsoft's steps

    1. Go to Fixed assets > Setup > Fixed assets workflows.
    2. On the Action Pane, select New.
    3. Select the type of workflow, and then select Create workflow.
    4. Design the workflow in the workflow editor by dragging elements onto the canvas.
    5. Configure each element of the workflow.
