3How to do it
Microsoft's steps
- On the Home dashboard, select the Customer payments tile.
- In the Customer transactions section, open the Payments not settled tab.
- Find and select the payment that you want to settle.
- Select Settle transactions.
- Select the Mark check box for the payment and for the invoice to settle it against.
- Select Post.
