3How to do it
Microsoft's steps
- Go to Budgeting > Inquiries and reports > Budget control > Budget analysis.
- Select a financial dimension set and a column set.
- Set the parameters, the date information and the financial dimensions.
- Select Update totals.
- Select a line and then select Revised budget, Actual, Encumbrance or Pre-encumbrance to see the transactions.
